I'll send you a short prep form so we're not spending your hour figuring out the basics. You'll tell me what you do, where you feel stuck, and what you'd love AI to help with. It also gets you thinking about your business in a way that makes the session much more useful.
One thing to sort beforehand: you'll need a Claude Pro account rather than the free version, so we've got the room to actually get something built without running out of capacity partway through. I'll flag this in your prep form too.
We'll jump on Zoom, share screens, open Claude together and work through it practically. By the end, you'll know how to:
- Set Claude up so it understands your business
- Find where things live and navigate confidently
- Ask better questions so you get better answers
- Build and use a real, reusable AI helper for something you do regularly
There's also space to ask the questions you've maybe felt too daft to ask anywhere else.
You'll have a week to experiment, play, and get stuck in. Then we'll jump back on Zoom for a dedicated 30-minute follow-up. You can share your screen and show me where you've got to and if you've got stuck with anything. You won't be left to figure it out on your own.

A few questions you might have
Do I need to already have Claude Pro?
You'll need a Claude Pro account before we start, rather than the free version. The free plan can run out of capacity partway through, and I don't want that eating into your hour. If you're not on Pro yet, it's a quick upgrade, and I'll remind you in the prep form so it's sorted before we jump on the call.
I'm not very technical. Will I be able to keep up?
This is made for you. I won't assume any prior knowledge, use jargon, or rush through anything. If something doesn't make sense, we'll slow down. That's the whole point of doing this together rather than handing you a course to work through on your own.
I've tried Claude before and got nowhere. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. Getting nowhere is usually a setup problem, not a you problem. Most people open Claude, stare at a blank box, and don't know what to ask. We'll sort that out in the first ten minutes.
I already use ChatGPT. Will I lose everything if I switch to Claude?
Nothing carries over automatically, the two platforms don't talk to each other, but your ChatGPT account isn't going anywhere either. It'll sit exactly where it is if you ever want to check back on something. In the session, we rebuild the bit that actually matters: getting Claude properly set up with your business context, so you're not starting from a blank slate, you're starting from a better one.
Will this feel like every other AI training I've sat through?
No. No lecture, no demo where you just watch me click around, and no list of things to go and try on your own afterwards. I'm also not going to teach you flashy video edits or build out complicated automations, that's not what this hour's for. We build one real thing for your business together, and you leave knowing how to use it, not just having watched it happen. Wherever you're starting from, this isn't going to make you feel behind.
